Three chats and a phone call later no one is able to help, they just tell you to delete your entries and start over, which does not resolve the issue.

I didn’t receive my full federal refund for 23, 24 due to some tech problems they had; this year they required extra $200, besides their expensive fees, so their “expert” reviews my health insurance information. It’ll go three to five days not loading and then all the sudden it will open. I have to continually delete app and reinstall constantly to get it to work. The log in with fingerprint never works. When this app works it works it’s great.

The only time they submitted them is when I paid an extra 97.00 for a tax pro. I will never be using H&R Block again. They said TurboTax is way better. If I could give negative stars I would. It’s like they’re forcing you to spend your money.
