1. [R1] MyBlock 2/5 · US Pseudo sincerity: You should know, they will overhype their app, keeping it up to date FOR security, etc, but even the most basic functions (e.g. changing your hone address), they force you to the browser to do so.

The “Print return” button at the end also doesn’t open. So…. You inevitably have to login to your laptop or login via a web browser outside of the app to download any paperwork. It filed successfully, so 3 stars. But it doesn’t work 100%

It’ll go three to five days not loading and then all the sudden it will open. I have to continually delete app and reinstall constantly to get it to work. The log in with fingerprint never works. When this app works it works it’s great.

I finally got through the filing and to where I’m supposed to sign and now it just crashes and says “something went wrong” but there’s no buttons, no way to refresh or go back, it just resets the whole process and if I try again it just crashes.

The only time they submitted them is when I paid an extra 97.00 for a tax pro. I will never be using H&R Block again. They said TurboTax is way better. If I could give negative stars I would. It’s like they’re forcing you to spend your money.

Three chats and a phone call later no one is able to help, they just tell you to delete your entries and start over, which does not resolve the issue.

These guys are just like TurboTax and will try and squeeze every dollar they can out of you during the filing process. Some charges, like the “File and Go” option, aren’t even clearly labeled as such and don’t show you how much it costs until you’re basically done filing. Very dishonest. Very uncool.
