  1. [R1] Password Manager 1/5 · US Disappointed: Bought a few years ago as a one time payment when downloaded because I didn’t want to deal with apps using subscriptions pricing. Now the old app has stopped working and we are forced to pay a monthly service charge. Very disappointing. I have 250 entry I will have to manually offload/print and input elsewhere
  2. [R3] Password Manager 3/5 · US Always spams an ad to subscribe. annoying.: There should not be constant ads in paid apps, including ads for the publisher's other offerings. 👎
  3. [R4] Password Manager 2/5 · US Annoying Ad-Banner: Even for a paid customer, an annoying upselling ad-banner is forever nagging. Even after closing the banner, the next time you launch the app it will be there.
  4. [R6] Password Manager 1/5 · US DO NOT GET: The system of securing PWs is fine. The problem is they have built in a constant nagging banner trying to upsell premium that pops up every-time you open the app. Everyone complains about it and they emphatically say that they wont remove it. Its best to get Apple or any other one that wont keep trying to force you to give then more money, because its likely they will never stop.
  5. [R8] Password Manager 1/5 · US Great but Not: Great secure app. I had over 200 passwords, notes and financial entries then I forgot my password. Reached out customer service and guess what? They cannot reset your password. So if you buy this make sure to write down your password in several different places.
  6. [R12] Password Manager 1/5 · US No Way To Recover!: Keep a hardcopy of every password you put in here and the password to enter the app because there’s no way to recover any of it! Which means there’s really no point in paying for this! No point in the backup either because it all gets destroyed if you need to reset your password. Kept the acct key email for nothing.
  7. [R10] Password Manager 1/5 · US The app erased all my info from 10+ years: I used this free app for 10+ years, trusted all my log in and bank accounts information here. Didn’t open it too often but it was a lifesaver… until it wasn’t. One day I opened the app and it was empty. Don’t waste your money on this app. Just do a blocked note on your phone that is free and it will actually last forever
  8. [R14] Password Manager 2/5 · US Least intuitive, worst syncing: I put up with upgrades and syncing issues for more than 2 years. No more!! I found mSecure to be inconsistent when I moved to a it’s upgrade/new version. My data didn’t move between the desktop and mobile versions. I just ended my subscription!!
  9. [R16] Password Manager 1/5 · US Poor App with Horrible Customer Support: Have used and highly rated prior versions of mSecure. But wifi sync is critical to me and I don't want my passwords in the cloud. My App will not sync and mSecure ignores my pleas for help.
  10. [R55] Passwords 5/5 · US Hhh: Thank u for being so secure
  11. [R56] Passwords 3/5 · US No folders: This would be a perfect app if I could create folders. I created shared folders that I did not share with anyone. The problem is with the new pass keys. I keep getting warnings that I shared my passkey and password with other individuals which I stated I did not. It would be great if we could add folders to sort passwords. I am legally blind
  12. [R59] Passwords 1/5 · US The worst pass app I have seen: Please add a filter “unassigned” for passwords that weren’t sorted. Did you have a basic user flow test of that app? This is a must have feature, and after two years, you don’t have it.
  13. [R60] Passwords 5/5 · US Passwords: It works and has a nice basic UI. I appreciate this application as much as I do the pencil. Must have basic tool.
  14. [R31] Password Manager 4/5 · US Please update this platform: I’ve been using MSecure for years now and I love it. But it’s time to upgrade this basic look and make things a bit easier on the eyes. My mother uses Dashlane and I must say the look of the app from the icon to the layout of their platform. It is very easy and fluid. But her app cost $10 more. Your app has the cheaper subscription out of your competitors which is grea
  15. [R65] LastPass Password Manager 1/5 · US Done with LastPass: They still have the same old clunky, archaic interface. On iPhone specifically if you are entering information like in the notes field, and then switched to another screen to get the info you need to put in, when you come back to LastPass, it has deleted everything you have put in so far. Since this is usually the critical information, I'm trying to record so that I never lose
  16. [R66] LastPass Password Manager 5/5 · US App works great!: Love the app, have never had any problems with it and its serves its purpose perfectly! Would not use another tool.
  17. [R67] LastPass Password Manager 3/5 · US Too complex for 70’s: This is hard to master. I’m 70 and was expert at Apple when their products were (then) simple “Jobs” specials. Even the instructions weren’t all that complicated. At least I’m learning every day. “SIGH”
  18. [R68] LastPass Password Manager 1/5 · US Password export is awful: Completely impossible to use the exported csv to migrate. Thanks for making it as difficult as possible LastPass.
  19. [R77] LastPass Password Manager 1/5 · US Forcing one account…: Not allowing someone to switch between computer and mobile devices as they wish without a subscription is pretty stupid. Switched to bit warden and then payed for their subscription because they didn’t strong arm me into it.
  20. [R41] Password Manager 5/5 · US Awesome app: This is a great app to manage my personal information, so far has been very useful and reliable. It worth the yearly subscription fee
