Anytime I try to update something on the Health First Colorado app, it either won’t save at all, or it duplicates the changes 2-4 times and then I have to log onto my laptop and delete the redundancies. I switch my PCP to someone that uses MyChart and it makes communication so much easier. I like that I can make my own appointments and I see test results quickly. I have attempted to make 34 doctors appointments that all were ‘in network’ just to get them cancelled on me because they are NOT in fact IN network. Please update the system or check with providers MORE on their insurance policy.
