- [R68] MyChart Convenience: I can’t say enough about how this app simplifies communication, viewing results and keeping track of appointments or tests/labs due! I am also able to schedule video visits when appropriate which is amazing! I highly recommend this app!
- [R71] MyChart Convenient: I love MyChart. In the past I had used MyChart for many years. When I changed my PCP they did not use Epic and the patient portal was very limited. I switch my PCP to someone that uses MyChart and it makes communication so much easier. I like that I can make my own appointments and I see test results quickly. It’s great having access to my records.
- [R74] MyChart Excellent App: I enjoy using the my chart app. I don’t have to look for a letter, or make a phone call, to check the status of my test results, ask for med refills, check my bill or make appointments. I think it’s a great app that makes life a bit more manageable,👍
- [R6] Health First Colorado Allow face ID or saved login info: I like that I can see all my info and search for providers but the app constantly signs me out and doesn’t have the option for me to use Face ID or save the login info to my phone. I have to retype everything all over again if I switch to another app or do something else for five minutes. If my credit union app can do it, why can’t this one?
- [R10] Health First Colorado Log in issues: What happened to your app? Can no longer login. It is on a continued loop no matter how many times I delete and reinstall the app or change my password. No good!
- [R62] MyChart My Chart: My chart is the easiest and most customer friendly version of patient apps that I have ever used.
- [R113] MyChart Love MyChart: This is a tremendous upgrade from what we had before. This app is crisp, clean, and easy to navigate. It is very friendly and intuitive. Thank you so much .
- [R4] Health First Colorado Cant log in: Havent been able to log in for momths due to a glitch. Can never get ahold of anyone when i call
- [R12] Health First Colorado Broken App: Can’t login to my account on the app. Just keeps going back to the login page? Super inconvenient. App has been updated and nothing works at all.
- [R88] MyChart Awful broken system, broken LCMC, useless app: New call messaging system and wait times completely suck! “There are zero callers shared of me, yet I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes and counting! Messages I sent to my doctor back between May 13-20 (June 30 today) still haven’t been answered. Nor has she or another doctor explained test results uploaded over a month ago! My doctor used to be av
- [R106] MyChart Crashing issues: Continues to crash when trying to message my provider
- [R28] Health First Colorado Useless: This app is basically useless for doing anything, you still have to call to get any information or to ask any questions. I was told there was a “chat” feature on here, but I don’t see one. Why isn’t there some sort of searchable database to find out what tests or prescriptions are covered? If people could do more themselves in this app, there wouldn’t be such a ridiculously long wait on t
- [R70] MyChart Not helpful: The staff on the phone are horrible people and the supervisors are just as bad. The staff will call you a liar, when I told them what happened. They refuse to believe that their system is faulty and will blame the other office instead of submitting a request to their tech team to figure it out. All of the employees at the MyChart support including all the supervisors should be retrain
- [R99] MyChart Tech support terrible: I needed to resolve an issue regarding downloading documents in MyChart and it was completely ineffective and difficult to obtain.
