And the glitch has been happening for the 8 months. The app is absolutely junk!

The servers kept coming around asking customers if they wanted refills on drinks. Plus, the food was outstanding. Great experience…. I wish I didn’t live four hours away.

So you have to scroll through a random list of drink select to try to find what you’re looking for. There’s no rhyme or reason to the order.

I couldn’t give them 5 stars because they didn’t put in the extra strawberries. Since they charge extra for them, it’s a big deal.

The only downside is that I always have to order in person since there isn’t an option to add sweet tea to slushes and that’s my go-to order (Peach slushy w/ sweet tea & lemon wedge). And even when I order in person, they’ll enter it in wrong and I still can’t get the drink I want (which is why I prefer ordering through the app).

It can be hard to make things GF and request corn tortillas on app and no matter if I spend $15 or $49 it never applies the free quest or “promotion” offers. That part is a scam

Also, the ingredients are difficult to read on mobile because of the size and style of the font. But the sandwiches are great so I’ll continue to use the app!!
