Was supposed to send a code to my email to login and access my original accobut has been sending me into a loop. Damn code wont come through to my email. Very frustrating when trying to access your files for other personal reasons. Geez.

When I do get people they are nice, just likely will do my taxes in person next year after this experience. 5/18 update I ended up getting a great expert to help - sadly, I signed up in April for the $150 offer and the price ended up being $536.
