I paid the yearly subscription which was way less expensive than going to someone locally. Now I am not afraid to do my taxes anymore!

One area for improvement is the mobile app experience: mileage and transaction categories are often missing, which makes it hard to categorize on the go. I end up needing to wait until I’m back at my computer to finish.

Was supposed to send a code to my email to login and access my original accobut has been sending me into a loop. Damn code wont come through to my email. Very frustrating when trying to access your files for other personal reasons. Geez.

I reply with a receipt that I bought through their website directly. They will not and have not replied back In over a week. Just ignoring me. Cannot recommend this company. Glad I’m going to a competitor with more integration to gig apps and integrity.

I usually get a big amount of money in my tax return by being married and claiming Dependents and because I didn’t pay for a subscription, they will not connect me to a live agent because I want to file my taxes somewhere else and they prevented me from doing that once you give me your information your screwed worst experience ever

Then they have dozens of duplicate subscription options so who knows why or what you’re getting.
