I paid the yearly subscription which was way less expensive than going to someone locally. Now I am not afraid to do my taxes anymore!

Turbo tax each time says I am due a refund but I never receive one for various reasons. Turbo tax gets there money 212 dollars and I get nothing. Was supposed to send a code to my email to login and access my original accobut has been sending me into a loop. Damn code wont come through to my email. Very frustrating when trying to access your files for other personal reasons. Geez.

I usually get a big amount of money in my tax return by being married and claiming Dependents and because I didn’t pay for a subscription, they will not connect me to a live agent because I want to file my taxes somewhere else and they prevented me from doing that once you give me your information your screwed worst experience ever
