I used rewards for a free sandwich, instead of it being free I was charged 9 cents for taxation of tax, nice job.

I love saving up my points for location specific cups. I sell them on eBay when I have to many or gift them. It does lag during busy times of the day and depending on location. Other then that it’s so helpful

So you have to scroll through a random list of drink select to try to find what you’re looking for. There’s no rhyme or reason to the order.

And even when I order in person, they’ll enter it in wrong and I still can’t get the drink I want (which is why I prefer ordering through the app).

Also usually excludes certain food orders from being added via the menu and requires adding a past order even when the item is still in stock.
