The only downside is that I always have to order in person since there isn’t an option to add sweet tea to slushes and that’s my go-to order (Peach slushy w/ sweet tea & lemon wedge). And even when I order in person, they’ll enter it in wrong and I still can’t get the drink I want (which is why I prefer ordering through the app).

I travel for lacrosse and no matter where I go I can use the app to find a place nearby and place the order without nearly any thought. Second, you can literally only order ONE condiment of any given type. One? You used to be able to specify how many, up to three of any given kind. I guess capitalism claims yet another good thing.

From deleting to reinstalling to clearing cache to updating. Calling Support is a Joke! They don’t help. Troubleshooting says go to sonicdrivein.com but no search no way to ask for help when you’ve all ready done it all.

I didn’t realize it and ended up paying full price for stuff I was using rewards on. No way to contact customer service in it either. A total scam of an app.
