- [R1] Cabify Functionally good, operationally terrible: Wasted a lot of time waiting for drivers that just go the opposite direction, don’t respond or never arrive
- [R4] Cabify Cheap and unhelpful: Not helpful. I pre-booked a cab for an airport run to save stress. The taxi arrived more than 10 minutes early. Didn’t phone me. I said I’d be about 5-10 minute at my designated time and when I left my hotel my taxi wasn’t where I expected. I said I was there and looking and it suddenly cancelled saying the driver couldn’t locate me. Customer services spent 20 minutes accusin
- [R8] Cabify AVOID IN BARCELONA: All drivers were scammers (accepting ride then asking you to cancel), one even asked if their friend can ride along in a private booking because they were also heading to the airport… Also be warned, you have to contact an actual agent to delete your account and it takes time. Wouldn’t trust a company that does that to be honest
- [R9] Cabify Beware: Used it a few times in Colombia, a bit unreliable. Also scammed by a driver who asked for road toll to be paid in cash when it was already included in the price.
- [R10] Cabify Absurdly broken: Tried registering, but never received the code despite multiple attempts.
- [R13] Cabify Does not accept foreign phone numbers: Unable to create an account while I was in Spain because the app refuses to let me complete verification with neither my Singapore number nor my UK number. They also tried sending the verification code via WhatsApp only, when there should be an SMS option as well.
- [R16] Cabify doesn't work: it doesn't allow you to register useless app
- [R17] Cabify stupid registration: can’t register on numbers of all nationalities, but can only verify using whatsapp? dumb
- [R6] Cabify why I cannot translate the conversation with drivers??: I dont know spanish, driver doesnt know english. I can not copy the text from driver. who is your product owner?? you should not call you PO.
- [R14] Cabify Account blocked in the middle of nowhere: I was using the app for travels in Latin America and all of a sudden my account was blocked while on a hike in Argentina leaving me stranded. I got an email from support asking for a photo of my ID and bank card, but I didn’t have the ID at hand and I am using a virtual card. Beware, install alternative apps and don’t count on this one or you might get str
- [R12] Cabify Fake taxi and driver watching football all in one month: I’m a frequent user of Cabify but recently I had a fake taxi show up using a different registration plate in the message and another driver watching football whilst driving. Both times the customer service was unhelpful and I didn’t get a refund. I’m not clear about if the drivers were banned. When I asked to escalate the case I was told it
- [R15] Cabify Driver stole phone: I left my phone accidentally, called it immediately and got the next rider. They passed my phone to the driver. He said he’d bring it back. He never did. Ignored calls and kept it. I’ve had to contact Cabify multiple times to get a response. They say they are looking into while saying they no responsibility for their driver. Not a safe service if they won’t even make sure th
- [R39] Cabify Unvetted drivers: This app is not safe. I had a horrible driver experience and when I reported it, they took days to get back to me and just said ‘this doesn’t fall within our standards, thanks for letting us know’. They didn’t want to enquire with me about what happened, I told them I made a recording but they didn’t ask for it, nothing. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
- [R25] Cabify Stay Away: Waited 10mins+ for a driver to be found for an airport trip, cancelled the search and tried again twice - same result. Ended up deleting the app afterwards. Got charged for both trips.
- [R27] Cabify Thiefs and scammers: They use the app to trick you into buying vouchers for moped/car share access ( that you cant even use! and expire after a year) ive been scammed out of 50euro , and they say theres nothing they can do. The worst cab service ever , the one time i did use them they charged me double (another scam) because their gps system sent their driver to the wrong location and we were both
- [R41] Cabify Scammers: Complete scammers. Charged me 44.90 for the moped service while I was trying to book my taxi to the airport. I don’t have a licence to drive a moped so it isn’t a service I can use. Refuse to reimburse and sent me a dud link to make a complaint. Only option is to take the scam charge up with the bank. Avoid!!!
- [R3] Cabify Spam notifications: They use notifications constantly to market at me. This is not what notifications are for. App uninstalled.
- [R52] inDrive. Save on city rides Price: Rate was fairly good comparatively to other apps
- [R61] inDrive. Save on city rides My opinion: Very convenient
- [R63] inDrive. Save on city rides Convenient: Been using this app since the first day we arrived Manila. I tried grab first and then gsm but no luck. My international number is not working so I tried Indrive and I was surprised by how fast and easy the app is and very convenient to use every time we go out of town. It’s cheaper compared to other apps like grab. I’m very pleased with this app.
- [R18] Cabify No international support: Rubbish app, cant register my number even with the option given with country codes! Only spanish numbers work! If travelling do not download
- [R35] Cabify Doesn’t work for UK in Spain: We’re in Alicante, 2 of us tried to sign up and it doesn’t send you a verification code. Checked on Reddit too and many saying the same thing. Might work fine if you have a Spanish number but we only have our British phone numbers. Use FreeNow instead.
- [R37] Cabify App doesn’t work with U.K. numbers: This app doesn’t allow you to order a cab if you have a U.K. number. The WhatsApp notification code doesn’t deliver and says it’s unable to send SMS message the number. So the app is pointless if you are abroad and trying to get a cab. Looks like it only works for locals. Don’t bother downloading this app.
