Like being able to choose a price range in your hotels. They got rid of that. With every iteration, they cave more to what hotels want, rather than to what customers want. Some new app will come along soon and put this one to bed. Just wait for it. 👎

Upon arriving at the hotel and seeing the extremely shady staff and horrible guests who looked like drug dealers we contacted Hotel Tonight saying that we had not even checked in and that we wanted to reverse the charges on our American Express Centurion card. [R54] Hilton Honors 1/5 · US Rage Review: I used to think highly of this app, until after a VERY long day and getting to the airport late, I could not open my door with it, despite having checked in and my digital key “working.” I had to go back down to the desk to get a physical key the experience sucked. They got me my refund for the accidental charge within 8!hours of the incident. Very impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to remedy this error.
