They got me my refund for the accidental charge within 8!hours of the incident. Very impressed with their willingness to go above and beyond to remedy this error.

Like being able to choose a price range in your hotels. They got rid of that. With every iteration, they cave more to what hotels want, rather than to what customers want. Some new app will come along soon and put this one to bed. Just wait for it. 👎

Arrived at the hotel, and there was an additional $30 “amenities fee” on top of taxes. If I’d known I would have to pay as much as some of the nicer hotels in the area, I would’ve gone with one of them. Good reminder why I don’t use this app.
