So I go back to my email to unlock it and it doesn’t unlock it. I tried to check out as I guess, but it’s requiring me either to sign in or create a new account. Frustrating.

The cs with the roosters on the background and people who can’t really speak in English will definitely “help”you. They ll not even try to assist you on solving problems that they cause but tell to you to do extra steps.
