They kept telling me to wait for a call all day, saying they'd give me 60,000 in Trip Coins, then later 70,000, and tried to settle for just one night's accommodation. I was so furious. I called the hotel directly, and they said they hadn't even received the money yet and told me to talk to Trip, saying it was no longer their concern. When I asked what happened, they said the hotel had refused. These Trip scammers are complete fraudsters; they should be called Trick.com, not Trip. I've called my credit card company to request a chargeback and filed a complaint with the consumer protection center. I don't know how long it will take, but they are scammers.
