- [R3] Lyft The App has gotten terrible!!: I order Lyfts 3-4 times a week and have noticed it getting worse lately. When ordering it will say the driver is 10 minutes away, and after paying the drivers are closer to 25 minutes away. I just ordered one tonight at the airport at 9:48pm and the driver was 15 minutes away, so I should have been picked up about 10:03pm. Instead, I finally got picked up at 10:20
- [R7] Lyft Never tells you when they stop looking for your ride: It’ll tell you you’ll get your ride in 3 minutes, then that “it’s taking longer than expected”, then you open the app a few minutes later to find out that it hasn’t even been looking for the past 10 minutes you thought it was still searching.
- [R15] Lyft Hit or miss: Lyft seems to be consistently cheaper than Uber for me (though not for everyone), but the experience is hit or miss. The initial estimated time to get a driver is not always accurate and even when it says a few more seconds, it could actually be several more minutes (or even a cancellation of the ride). Not great when you’re in a hurry.
- [R18] Lyft Inaccurate wait times: Frustrating to close the Waymo app and choose Lyft which looks quicker to arrive but then actually takes longer. Why say 2 mins away if it’s actually 11 mins?
- [R6] Lyft Temporary hold: I didn’t get my temporary hold back when I scheduled a ride . Charged twice ! Once when I scheduled and charge again when ride arrived
- [R13] Lyft app should be shut down immediately: when i requested a ride they took 20 minutes to try and find one just to tell me there were no drivers around. then i try to get my money and they still haven’t sent it back as im writing this. support is very unprofessional and takes very long to type back. this app is a cancer and i pray to god it gets shut down one day. i wish i could give 0 stars.
- [R19] Lyft Theft.: I paid 15.15 for a ride I needed to go to a birthday party and Lyft not a drive canceled my ride (idk if it’s because they didn’t want me to get the ride for less) but it still charged my card and now I need to pay another 20 on top of what I paid for the other ride. That was cancelled. I spoke to support and they were useless. Definitely will NEVER USE LYFT AGAIN.
- [R22] Lyft Stick to uber: It took forever to get a driver and then the driver was too far away and just stopped moving all together so I had to cancel and then they took my money anyway even though the ride never happened!!!! 😡
- [R4] Lyft Lyft Ok with Driver Abuse: I was almost assaulted by a driver and Lyft did nothing to resolve the issue. They care about money and money alone. A disgusting company.
- [R28] Lyft No way to talk to anyone: It’s really frustrating that you can’t get a live person. I don’t have the app anymore, don’t want to redownload it, and now got 2 emails re rides I didn’t take. Don’t understand why this multi million dollar company can’t provide an actual customer service number, it has to be through a submitted request on the site. Don’t even have an email to reach out to.
- [R36] Lyft No Customer Service: Lyft doesn't have real customer service. Just a bunch of losers who pretend they're helping but can't do anything. I have screenshots of conversations with different losers who just wasted my time giving me the runaround.
- [R21] Lyft App glitch: Used a few times so far but on one occasion app put wrong pick up location and charged for this
- [R25] Lyft Pretends to know better: Doesn’t let me book from the gate (“because I am too far away”) then I wait 10 minutes in the terminal for my ride. I hope Waymo does unspeakable things to your insolvent corpse
- [R31] Lyft App allowed only ‘schedule’: App usually shows most frequent address to choose from. Did not even show any choices. Only flickered but not clear enough to see. Then it only allowed ‘schedule a ride’! I clicked in and out if Lyft but it continued to only show ‘schedule ahead’ choice. Very disappointed I had to wait 40 minutes! Please review App from customers view!
- [R9] Lyft Improvement: Could definitely need some improvement with some drivers nasty attitude an not proper need to do interviews in person
- [R10] Lyft Drivers do not speak English: In my experience, many of these drivers do not speak English impairing the ability to have important communication regarding the pick up or drop off
- [R12] Lyft Long time user: I’ve been using Lyft for years now and have lots of trips racked up. But lately it’s been a little weird with them. Last trip I took it took me to the wrong destination so I had to rebook and set up a new ride. Today I was going to book and then checked uber rates. The rates stayed the same on Uber but when I checked Lyft again the rate went up within 1-2 min. Very strange how it’s
- [R24] Lyft App good, drivers not!: Used this app in America on a trip recently and every car was extremely tatty and dirty on the inside. Drivers were grumpy and mean despite our attempts to be friendly. A big problem for us was every time we ordered an XL for our group, they either turned up in a normal car saying their other car was 'in the shop', presumably so we would squeeze in anyway and they would be
- [R40] Lyft Scam: Doesn’t honor pick up time, it’ll show you in 5 minutes then when it finds a driver it’s almost doubled what it shows you! Also the price lock makes it look like you’re getting a deal but the prices of rides suddenly are all up and just tacked in the “5% discount” but it’s way higher than what I was paying before the lock
- [R42] Lyft Expensive: Pricy
- [R51] Uber Can’t order a ride, and support doesn’t help: I’ve been using Uber for years, but about three months ago they suddenly blocked all of my payment cards. Since then, I haven’t been able to order a ride at all. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but nothing has been resolved, and no one has been able to explain why my cards were blocked. It’s incredibly frustrating.
- [R65] DoorDash Not worth it: Save your gas and time, they'll pay you $4 to go 8 miles and the tip will be $5, they don't care how much money you make nor the situation the world is in. They just want all their money and want you to suffer, as soon as you pass a restaurant or store they give you an order to turnback. It's not worth it
- [R66] DoorDash Helpful customer service: I was having issues with multiple things. I was helped by friendly people who helped me solve all my issues. Thank you Jesus!!
- [R67] DoorDash A driver: Idk what the matter is but I was almost getting to many over and now suddenly I’m getting zero offers idk what’s going on but I need my job :( someone help please It was working beautifully and since the parade downtown Portland I’ve gotten nothing and I happen to live in a populated red zone. I’m at a loss.
- [R68] DoorDash Glitches: The app glitches a lot. I’ll be in the middle of doing and order and if I get a stack for some reason my phone will glitch out and won’t let me take the next order even though I pressing accept like crazy. Then I get dinged when it glitches out because it says I didnt take the order when I did. It also will randomly kick you off the route you’re driving and go back to the screen that tel
- [R93] Amazon Flex Fix it: Fix the map fix the navigation.
- [R94] Amazon Flex easy to use: easy to use app just make sure you dont cancel and fail thats it
- [R95] Amazon Flex 🤨: been trying to schedule a block for days now and no luck
- [R96] Amazon Flex Drivers support: The app is good but the drivers support is really sucks they never trying to help you every time you have problems they telling you don't worry we gonna fix it but later when you see you have problems on your standing some of them don't even trying to talk with you when you telling your problems they hanging up on you I had problems with checking in I called them they said sorry
- [R107] inDrive. Save on city rides Bugs: App is not working properly. I was unable to see the live location of the ride.
- [R108] inDrive. Save on city rides L’application est très bien: Je suis très content
- [R109] inDrive. Save on city rides Comment: Very useful app but there’s problems in map delay and some bugs
- [R110] inDrive. Save on city rides 🤬🤬🤬🤬: Honnêtement, avec une commission pareille et des prix aussi bas, vous êtes en train de décourager les chauffeurs. Sans eux, il n’y a pas d’application👍🏽
- [R71] DoorDash Pyramid scheme: *Paid by an unpredictable rate and reliant on tips, half-baked app, constant changes to job process/moving goal posts, lack of professional support/labyrinth of ai “help” agents. Overall convoluted, seemingly to misdirect away from recourse. Don’t bother working for these delivery companies, save the effort for a more worthwhile venture and personal development. I’ve heard ane
- [R73] DoorDash DoorDash: Stealing tips not giving you the correct mount of payment to many glitches on the app things are not being accounted accurately. FYI, keep count of your hours and your pay so you know how much you’re getting back.
- [R99] Amazon Flex They overuse the drivers.: Honestly, I don't feel valued or appreciated; I feel like Amazon Flex exploits and takes advantage of independent contractors, us, the Flex drivers. The rates for these blocks don't benefit us at all; we aren't making any profit. Everything has gone up in price, gas, vehicle maintenance, more miles driven, and more wear and tear on the car. Plus, our safety hangs by a thre
- [R114] inDrive. Save on city rides Convenient: Been using this app since the first day we arrived Manila. I tried grab first and then gsm but no luck. My international number is not working so I tried Indrive and I was surprised by how fast and easy the app is and very convenient to use every time we go out of town. It’s cheaper compared to other apps like grab. I’m very pleased with this app.
- [R118] inDrive.
