After contacting customer service, I was not given a clear solution or proper help. It feels like I was misled and lost my money without receiving the product I paid for. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

That’s a huge markup. As soon as I find a different way to top off I will no longer use Ding

Now I’ll take my business elsewhere. They didn’t even allow me to appeal, I talked with an agent about my issue and then 30mins later they told me that I need to find somewhere else to go because I’m banned. I used to love this app

However both times I was given 18 gigs of Data instead of 20. Also once the purchase is complete both times they did not send me a QR code with my email so I had to get the link from customer support who were helpful
