- [R3] CharmPass Works 70% of the Time: Overall, it works okay as a way but is love if the MTA could join SmartTrip from WMATA. I’m a MARC commuter. MTA instructs riders to open and activate tickets as the vehicle approaches however there are regular instances when the app doesn’t open and reports an internet connection is not available despite other internet enabled apps being able to be used.
- [R4] CharmPass Terrible app: There’s an unknown error that’s not letting me access the app.
- [R7] CharmPass Sucks: Glitchy and doesn’t work like everything else in Maryland
- [R12] CharmPass Can’t load app: I get stuck on the loading screen whenever I try to open the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nothing seems to work.
- [R1] CharmPass Quick to charge card, no support after.: So I downloaded and installed this app for a quick trip to DC. I accidentally clicked the outgoing ticket and it activated it with no way to deactivate it. Call the support number, sent an email, snd no one got back to me. So it seems I would have to buy another ticket. It was only 13 bucks but still, it’s not right. Deleting it from my phone now.
- [R10] CharmPass Poor screen design: It is too confusing looking at current tickets, stored tickets, past used tickets to quickly get to the ticket you need.
- [R14] CharmPass Misleading purchase page: After I thought I had made a purchase successfully, when I returned to the app later it brought me to the purchase page with the same cart. I assumed the purchase hadn’t gone through so purchased tickets again. Turns out the purchase did go through and now I have multiple tickets I do not need and will not be able to use.
- [R30] CharmPass Tickets: I lost my tickets and I don’t see history of my purchase.
- [R9] CharmPass Disappointed: This app does not offer Senior/Disabled fare option. It only has mobility options for one trip not disabled daily passes so seniors are forced to carry cash in this city…
- [R31] CharmPass Smooth riding: Loving the convenience of the app. Just wondering when there’s going to be a discounted pass for seniors
- [R24] CharmPass Location issues: Always saying it’s coming in a certain but don’t also make it later then what it is
- [R42] CharmPass Pink Line: The pink used to be the most reliable bus. Now it’s its one of the worse. It doesn’t come on time. Sometimes not at all. An when it does come. It flys by you like it didn’t even see you. All the bus lines are bad. But dang. We pay good money for our rides. More than half of us have jobs to get to. I’ve personally been fired twice because of it. It’s not fair to the riders that count on
- [R44] CharmPass Bogus: This app is bogus at times. It says that a particular bus is 4 minutes away but in fact it’s 30 plus minutes away and at times it’s a longer wait time than that. I have seen 2 buses leave one after the other while the app says only one is tracking. This issue needs to be addressed so that elderly passengers and myself and others won’t have to be in extreme elements for a long time.
- [R34] CharmPass Trash: The app continues to sign me out for no reason when im trying to use my bus passes and then it refuses to allow me to sign back in. Straight garbage, better off getting physical tickets. Would give 0 stars if i could.
- [R36] CharmPass Unable to use after iOS update: After updating iOS to 26.1, this app no longer loads.
- [R32] CharmPass My Account Keeps Glitching: Hello, I have been experiencing some technical issues with my app over the past few months where I’m unable to sign in, or my screen gets stuck and doesn’t move past the homepage. It spends too much time loading, and says (unable to connect to server). I’m not sure what’s causing this? Could someone please help me with this? It keeps happening as I’m trying to show pass
- [R16] CharmPass No dark mode: Extreamly difficult to read without dark mode option. Stunned it does not have this.
- [R52] Transit • Subway & Bus Times Best transit and bike navigation: Almost everything I ever wanted from a transit and bike navigation app! Looks beautiful and works beautifully!
- [R55] Transit • Subway & Bus Times I LOVE the Transit App: I’ve used this app for a couple years now and it’s only gotten better over time. I think it’s thanks to this wonderful app I’ve been able to go to so many places without wondering which bus or train to take. Transit completely removes the friction of taking transit for me and this new Trip History update is something I’ve been wanting for a while. Shout out to the Transit A
- [R58] Transit • Subway & Bus Times This app is beautiful.: I genuinely recommend this app to anyone that needs an easy way to travel and get from point A to B in any type of way. - [R61] Transit • Subway & Bus Times Awesome transit navigation, even overseas: This has become my go-to transit planning app for sometime now, even though it’s lived in my phone for even longer. Love the UI and intuitive ease of use, especially compared to Google maps. Answering the survey questions has become strangely satisfying for some reason, feeling as if I really am helping out my fellow app users out (though I’m not sure how
- [R66] PA Toll Pay E-Z Enough: I was able to pay my bill and add money to my account so may continue to use my E-Z Pass. Seems easy enough to add a debt or credit card and vehicle. E-Z Enough for me.
- [R69] PA Toll Pay App works: App works fine for me. Was able to remove and add a vehicle without a problem.
- [R72] PA Toll Pay Simple but functional app: Not sure what all the hubba balloo is about, this app works fine. I’m guessing those who think they’re being tricked are suffering from user error.
- [R75] PA Toll Pay App works great!: Don’t listen to all these negative people. The app works perfectly and I’ve never had an issue with it ever. Super streamlined and easy to use. Don’t be mislead!
- [R80] MarcMap Great for viewing Train Locations: This is the only app that gives me a real-time view of the actual GPS location of any given MARC train. So I can compare against the official MARC train status-texts, to accurately gauge where my Penn Line train is located and when it is likely to arrive at my train platform.
- [R83] MarcMap Good app: It’s the best app for seeing where your Marc train is
- [R90] NYC Bus Time App (MTA) 2654 hering st: Work
- [R96] NYC Bus Time App (MTA) Accurate: It’s a great app but it would be nice if you could save favorites.
- [R101] EZ Tolls NY About time: As a New Yorker I hate the New York system calling ez pass was one of the worst I’m so glad that now I don’t have to deal with them directly and im able to manage my account my way and right away
- [R104] EZ Tolls NY At least I can look up any transaction: Pretty good app, has gotten better I think overtime. Still I can’t pull up the whole statement, but now at least I can look up transactions clearly by dates or month. Please make statements available too, thanks.
- [R107] EZ Tolls NY It does what it says it does!: I see a lot more negative reviews than I thought I would see. After using this app for last few months, I have to give it 2 thumbs up. If you’ve ever called their main # to add funds, you appreciate paying .99 for fast easy convince. And the app is bug free no freezing or bad info. And some complain about updated account info. Don’t forget it has to first hit the EZ
- [R109] EZ Tolls NY Useful: Pretty useful however, it should allow u to set up your account and change your name, etc
- [R18] CharmPass Tickets: I have 8 tickets saved to my app. App will not open
- [R26] CharmPass Annoyed: If you’re unable to fix the problem with the loading screen, pay me and I’ll do it because this bug is absolutely ridiculous
- [R8] CharmPass The app!!: This is my first time catching the bus in over nine years. My coworkers told me I should download the app. I never knew this app existed. It is so easy to use and always on point with arrival times. It makes catching the bus and the train so much easier. I think I’ll put off buying that new car for a while.😇
- [R21] CharmPass Mya: Very convenient and precise timing
- [R111] EZ Tolls NY Good app for checking: This app is convenient to check your NY EZ pass balances and activity. Know It is not an app developed by EZPass organization. I like the flow and what it does. If you want to add funds, well, you will be charged 0.99 cents for processing fee. If you don't want pay this, then pay on EZ Pass website. But I do like this app. And will use it.
