Rappi is normally good at resolving problems and giving credits but sometimes when it’s not their fault they won’t refund but that has only happened to me once so far.

When 9:36 came and the order wasn’t ready it was changed to 9:45. I tried to cancel starting at 9:36 but the app claims there’s nothing wrong with the order. Then the time was changed to 9:45. Three of the Rappis canceled pickup because the food wasn’t ready.
