Well, I’ve restarted, deleted and reinstalled, everything you have to in order to fix this and it still says the amount displayed could be incorrect. Tough luck. If you’re advertising I have the money, I have the money. Unfortunately this is false advertising.

Now when the app is launched you have to wait for an advertisement to load. Then you have to click off the ad and wait again for the app to respond. Super annoying! It’s bad enough that I’m contemplating switching financial services to another company.

My other institution is much more user friendly, after 29 years I may be leaving consumers credit union and moving all of my funds. You still need to work on this!

They did this before and got ride of external deposit from other accounts. I haven’t been able to E deposit a check ever since. I kept giving me an error. Then they hit me with $30 return check fee. The widget that allowed me to view my balance without opening the app was one of my and my husband's favorite features. The app was also easy to navigate and had not too many features clogging it up. I don’t feel like the information is conveyed as clearly as it could be. Three stars because it functions but is unpleasant to use.

I also did not like the update they did years ago to their logo and the app altogether. Unitus used to be a great credit union, and a better option than major banking institutions, but they fell off somewhere and I’m not sure when they’ll get it together.
