- [R1] Consumers Credit Union Welp, you’ll owe me: My account says I have enough so imma go ahead and buy my morning coffee. Your app says the amount might be incorrect. Well, I’ve restarted, deleted and reinstalled, everything you have to in order to fix this and it still says the amount displayed could be incorrect. Tough luck. If you’re advertising I have the money, I have the money. Unfortunately this is false advertising.
- [R7] Consumers Credit Union App functionality: By far the worst banking app I’ve ever used.
- [R13] Consumers Credit Union Annoyingly Laggy: Love Consumers, but this app is sooooo laggy. I’ve contacted IT and they just continue to tell me they have no idea what I’m referring to and haven’t had any other complaints. It takes a while to load and access my accounts upon opening. Once it’s open it’s fine, but lags terribly in the beginning. Once it’s finally running I’ve done what I’ve come to do and I’m ready to close
- [R15] Consumers Credit Union Good but not Great: Good app but the face ID doesn’t work and I would like to be able to freeze my card from the app.
- [R10] Consumers Credit Union Remove the chatbot: You desperately need to make the chatbot a moveable element or allow us to get rid of it completely. It covers other items in the app and then I can’t click to close a pop up or other icon.
- [R19] Consumers Credit Union Horrible app design and functionality: There’s little to no common sense with this app and how it functions. The dashboard looks like it was designed by a high schooler just learning to code.
- [R21] Consumers Credit Union Like old better: Still a good app but would still be great if the widget wasn’t taken away!!
- [R24] Consumers Credit Union Got Rid of Great Features, UX much poorer: When we switched from a big bank to CCU their app was one of the highlights of the switch. The widget that allowed me to view my balance without opening the app was one of my and my husband's favorite features. The app was also easy to navigate and had not too many features clogging it up. Unfortunately, the update has removed many of those highlights. Th
- [R9] Consumers Credit Union Needs some work: Easy to use Platform. I wish I didn’t have to approve every login in to Quicken every single time.
- [R18] Consumers Credit Union onlinekzoo: Really needs the ability to track progress towards qualifying requirements for higher interest rate checking. That’s not just a useful feature it feels like a more honest and transparent approach, empowering members to track progress and take action within the month. Hope this gets added soon.
- [R2] Consumers Credit Union Review: Good people
- [R5] Consumers Credit Union Best bank ever: Best service ,best plans,an best customer service ever !
- [R8] Consumers Credit Union Great credit union: I love Consumer’s Credit Union. They always give me the best service.
- [R4] Consumers Credit Union My money: I should not be charged $10.00 if you already know that money is there if I need that early deposit, I’m retired and need every penny I can keep !
- [R6] Consumers Credit Union Need more payment options: Need more payment options and less fees
- [R22] Consumers Credit Union Disappointing App and Inactive Account Fee - Looking for Alternatives: It is baffling that a financial institution of your reputation cannot provide a stable and user-friendly app for its customers- especially as something as simple as mobile deposit. I was shocked to discover that the bank charges a monthly fee of $10 for inactive accounts. This policy seems predatory and designed to take advanta
- [R50] Consumers Credit Union They changed the whole app: They changed the whole format and tried to make it pretty. They did this before and got ride of external deposit from other accounts. I haven’t been able to E deposit a check ever since. I kept giving me an error. Then they hit me with $30 return check fee. It wasn’t broke before. Don’t fix it Now it’s all broken
- [R16] Consumers Credit Union Last Update Is Terrible: The last update slowed the response time of this App significantly. Now when the app is launched you have to wait for an advertisement to load. Then you have to click off the ad and wait again for the app to respond. Super annoying! It’s bad enough that I’m contemplating switching financial services to another company.
- [R61] All In CU Bill pay: I don’t like the new bill pay and you can’t use the app to turn bills on or off .
- [R63] All In CU Please stop asking me to rate the app: All In is a great bank though
- [R64] All In CU Can’t even see what I got…: App doesn’t like to load most days. This update is the worst one yet.
- [R69] All In CU Used to be great once: What used to be a great banking app is now marginal and frequently doesn’t work. All they had to do was NOTHING! Literally don’t mess with it. Now it’s counterintuitive on usability and bill pay frequently doesn’t work. I just don’t understand the need to mess something up that worked great. But not now!
