I've been using various chauffeur services in the past, but Blacklane truly stands out. The app is excellent. Very user friendly and efficient. It's my go-to car service app now.

Despite having received confirmation after the change, my girlfriend was left stranded in the middle of the night at the airport. You’re better off with an Uber Exec.

They left me in a foreign country where I did not speak the language miles from public transport or taxi ranks. Luckily a stranger gave me a lift, or I would have missed my flight. Terrible service. Avoid.

Because its’s an apartment it seems that the whole building of 15 in the centre of my home town simply does not exist on the database you are using. Without it I cannot book a trip so the whole app and service are pretty much useless to me from my home address. Needs fixing fast.

Unfortunately, when I have now tried to make my return booking, I noticed that the price of the exact same trip is more expensive on the app than going through the webpage. This appears to penalise returning customers.
