I turn off my VPN and it still wouldn’t work. It’s been weeks since I could check my weekly ad. Other features in the app works.

I do wish the “clip deals” feature/function were more prominently placed, it’s not always clear if I’m adding to a cart (which I don’t want) or clipping the deal, pretty frustrating.

The last time I was in, an employee tried to get it to work, had difficulty, and only after a few attempts was able to get me the deal price. Besides that, one staff told me that it did not matter that the phone number I was using was no longer my primary phone.

It is cluttered, confusing, and full of glitches, esp as it comes to “digital coupons.” Useless, irrelevant popups appear which only tend to add to the cluttered feel and clumsy user interface. There is no way to filter those out under diet restrictions. I rarely see offers for foods I actually purchase or items I buy. I have no idea how to change that and wish there was a way to.
