I get the same condescending answer as you’ll see the App developers response below. Rather than telling me to restart my phone, how about fixing the issue? [R23] SiriusXM 1/5 · US Loses connection constantly: I have to use the app to use other CarPlay features in my car, and about every hour or so it loses connection and won’t work unless I close the app and reopen. It’s probably the most annoying app I have. That I have to pay for this as an add on to my Sirius subscription is sad.

The only knock I have about the platform is having a skip limit. If I’m paying for the service, I want to be able to skip however much I want, or if you’re listening to an Artist Station, after 2 skips, play something from that particular artist.

Often I pause the stream to take a call, I can only resume and then go live. So if I’m in a call for 15 minutes, I can’t fast-forward during the commercials to catch up.

[R25] SiriusXM 1/5 · US impossibly difficult mess to make sense of.: I found a couple of stations I like and gave up trying to make sense of the mess this app is, may as well just dump your entire CD and LP collection into a pile on the floor and work from that. I supposedly have a subscription that includes all channels but it still won’t give me Mosaic, the only station I actually enjoy rather than tolerate.
