Every time I ask for help with an agent they give me a copy paste instructions that I told them several times I’ve already done it and still doesn’t work. They don’t care and always say wait 24-72 hours and try again. SSTILL DOESN’T WORK! I really hate the face recognition system. It’s so horrible!

I just don’t like the fees on every advance and you’re only allowed to withdraw a certain amount in a certain amount of time. Then after 24 hours they charge another fee on top of the already fee you paid on your 1st advance and then hate monthly service fee also. Can choose your repayment day!
