- [R3] Greyhound Dishonest: Glitches in the ticket software extracting more charges . I almost paid for four fares instead of one. Something is wrong here
- [R18] Greyhound Cancellation Never confirmed on the app: The app just kept spinning I don’t know if my cancellation with through or not for my refund .
- [R61] CharmPass Quick to charge card, no support after.: So I downloaded and installed this app for a quick trip to DC. I accidentally clicked the outgoing ticket and it activated it with no way to deactivate it. Call the support number, sent an email, snd no one got back to me. So it seems I would have to buy another ticket. It was only 13 bucks but still, it’s not right. Deleting it from my phone now.
- [R68] CharmPass The app!!: This is my first time catching the bus in over nine years. My coworkers told me I should download the app. I never knew this app existed. It is so easy to use and always on point with arrival times. It makes catching the bus and the train so much easier. I think I’ll put off buying that new car for a while.😇
- [R6] Greyhound Very confusing: I been using greyhound for years and I will never understand why if you paid for the front seat the busses drivers they always say it’s not guaranteed the seat ? I try to contact greyhound plenty times and I never have a response anyone from greyhound please respond
- [R30] Greyhound Decent app, much better than the bus ride: App is pretty good both to book and to use as ticket. However, sometimes fields are not available when using Voiceover on iPhone
- [R114] CharmPass User-friendly Interface: I am 71-years-old and have found CharmPass very easy to use.
- [R116] CharmPass easy to use: I’ve been using this app for a few years and it has always worked well!
- [R19] Greyhound Horrible Service and Reliability: I’ve taken several trips on Greyhound and every trip has been a problem. Extreme delay of hours, broken down buses on the highway leaving us passengers stranded for hours, and filthy restrooms at the station. NOT OK!!!
- [R47] Greyhound Worst company: Customer service is a joke. The app is not accurate. Keeps showing bus is delayed then shows it left on time. When the bus never showed. Customer service tries to blame you first. Won’t offer any compensation despite it being their fault. Three times in a row! Buses not showing up. Or mechanical failure causing my husband to miss the next bus. Bus driver put his hands on my husband
- [R75] CharmPass 1 complaint, sorry not sorry: There’s been too many times where I’ll be watching the arriving bus for work(22), and the app will go to 0 minutes and then go back up some minutes. I depend on the accuracy of this app to get me to and from work on time. Given this app is more accurate than my google maps, it’s not perfect yet. I’d appreciate if this issue is fixed pronto.
- [R107] CharmPass Bogus: This app is bogus at times. It says that a particular bus is 4 minutes away but in fact it’s 30 plus minutes away and at times it’s a longer wait time than that. I have seen 2 buses leave one after the other while the app says only one is tracking. This issue needs to be addressed so that elderly passengers and myself and others won’t have to be in extreme elements for a long time.
- [R9] Greyhound Price doesn’t match service: I bought a ticket to Laredo and it was too expensive no senior discount and the customer service unrateable stink not to mention the location in San Antonio. So sad to see how low this company and its employees got.
- [R27] Greyhound Getting pricey: Prices are getting high to ride onside someone & never on time
- [R77] CharmPass So considerate and community forward: Honestly taking the train was always anxiety inducing but now that the Marc has implemented student 50%off tickets I feel much better about train tickets. It’s so helpful as a college student especially in this tough economy! Ty Marc
- [R88] CharmPass Very convenient!: I can buy tickets anywhere on my phone and without pressure of understanding the ticket buying process on an unfamiliar automated ticket issuer. I don’t have to worry about having proper currency in my wallet.
- [R4] Greyhound Gayhound: No customer service, constant delays
- [R13] Greyhound so bad: bad customer service
- [R113] CharmPass Steals money: Deletes your tickets as soon as you buy them or your saved tickets disappear. The support is no help and basically says they can’t help and steal your money.
