Today I was getting an error trying to check out with a new payment method. I spend a lot of money with you guys to keep going through this.

Geniuses had how many years to prepare for World Cup and can’t ship a jersey until after Game2? Pathetic. Have to sign in to VIEW, NOT BUY, again, beyond pathetic.

The problem is on Sneaker Drop days the app keeps crashing as if it’s not prepared to handle the traffic. It’s preventing people from getting sneakers they actually want. They don’t do anything to compensate for the time wasted for waiting even though I know for a fact and even double checked before buying the items that my address wasn’t input correctly. Last time ordering from the app.

They cancelled that order and said we would receive a refund. They also gave us a $20 coupon. Went to order the shoes again and tried to use the $20 and just kept getting a error code. Tried calling them again and was on hold for an hour

I’m a very pleased customer and has been since 1997 when I was first introduced.

Placed an order and never received it and can not get ahold of anyone in customer care. Do not buy from this horrible company!
