As of now, you have to bypass Apple Pay every time you want to enter a building and it can be quite the pain :/

With android I did not have to open the app but with iPhone the app has to be open. Just not convenient. This needs to be fixed and I can certainly revise my review then.

Because of whatever Bluetooth functionality it works through, iPhones assume you are trying to use Apple Pay unless you have the app open and ready. It’s necessary to have the app open in order for it to work, and even then it sometimes takes several tries. Going through multiple locked doors on the way to my work
7. [R75] Brivo Mobile Pass 3/5 · US It works but it’s slow: I like the convenience of not having to carry a key but it takes way too long to connect and work. Keys are just faster and that really makes me sad. However, if I ever lost my key, then this would be very handy.

You can literally get anything else that works better than this.

Current issue is that the app on phone and the thermostat don’t seem to be communicating very well. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and cleared cache. It’s super annoying.

The widget no longer recognises any nearby readers and tapping on the “ACCESS” icon (the lock) does nothing. When the full app appears it also does not function and I have to restart the app several times to cause the app to recognise readers.

When I request change the password via the app, I never receive an email. Then when I change the password through the website that refuses to open the gates, it changes the password and the app still won’t work
