- [R9] HID Mobile Access It is difficult to run: I does not always open the door I have to stop open the app then the door opens I would like to be able to add the card to my Apple wallet but the app does not have that option. It should.
- [R37] HID Mobile Access Needs Apple wallet card: This app would be great if they let you add your access card to Apple wallet. When the tech gurus of HID add this feature, 5 stars. As of now, you have to bypass Apple Pay every time you want to enter a building and it can be quite the pain :/
- [R68] Brivo Mobile Pass Amazing: Even I can work it!
- [R90] Brivo Mobile Pass Good app, needs Apple Watch functionality: It’s a decent app could be better with watch and other functions that should be simple to code.
- [R1] HID Mobile Access Inconvenient: I agree with other reviewers. Switched from android to iPhone and now it wants to do Apple Pay every time I use it. With android I did not have to open the app but with iPhone the app has to be open. Just not convenient. This needs to be fixed and I can certainly revise my review then.
- [R19] HID Mobile Access Inconvenient: My work requires me to use this and I don’t see the convenience in it. Because of whatever Bluetooth functionality it works through, iPhones assume you are trying to use Apple Pay unless you have the app open and ready. It’s necessary to have the app open in order for it to work, and even then it sometimes takes several tries. Going through multiple locked doors on the way to my work
- [R75] Brivo Mobile Pass It works but it’s slow: I like the convenience of not having to carry a key but it takes way too long to connect and work. Keys are just faster and that really makes me sad. However, if I ever lost my key, then this would be very handy.
- [R100] Brivo Mobile Pass Long wait to open door: It takes almost a minute sometimes to get in my door. Very unsafe
- [R4] HID Mobile Access Generally doesn't work well: Slow to detect and give access
- [R10] HID Mobile Access Get anything else: This is the worst app. Constantly having to log out, log back in, delete app and re-download and re-login, and then it only lasts for a month or 2 until you have to do it all over again. You can literally get anything else that works better than this.
- [R61] Brivo Mobile Pass Access: Sometimes it doesn’t work and I get locked out of my building.
- [R67] Brivo Mobile Pass Unreliable: I’ve been locked out more than once late at night and in snow because of system errors of some kind. Current issue is that the app on phone and the thermostat don’t seem to be communicating very well. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and cleared cache. It’s super annoying.
- [R5] HID Mobile Access App: Great App!!
- [R111] Brivo Mobile Pass Door not found on app: Sometimes when I open the app, my door disappears and isn’t available. Why am I paying $10 a month for a faulty system?
- [R118] Brivo Mobile Pass Very poor design: Extremely slow to lock and unlock the door, does not remember guests email addresses, only allows guest access for one week and then I have to re-type the entire address every week and send a new invite, I have a daily dog walker, weekly house keeper, large family including son, daughter in law several daughters and I have to redo this every week!! Are you kidding me. Really te
- [R43] HID Mobile Access Another “update” another fail: Recent update to 4.10 has rendered the companion widget useless. The widget no longer recognises any nearby readers and tapping on the “ACCESS” icon (the lock) does nothing. When the full app appears it also does not function and I have to restart the app several times to cause the app to recognise readers.
- [R83] Brivo Mobile Pass Unable to access via login: The app logs me out without the ability to reset my password. Submitted multiple password reset to no avail. Thank god I had my keys on me this time!!
- [R109] Brivo Mobile Pass App stops working: I get locked out of my gated apartment complex because the app will sign me out and refuse to take my password. When I request change the password via the app, I never receive an email. Then when I change the password through the website that refuses to open the gates, it changes the password and the app still won’t work
