- [R2] FlixBus & FlixTrain Lisa: I must say I appreciate the other bus that I won’t mention, especially the fact that it gets there quicker but “Flix!” No comparison when it comes to clean! Smells great, bathroom, I’m able to use that has all & clean, able to bring my service Pup with no hassle! Oh & did I mention the bus drivers, courteous & not rude! I feel peaceful & safe!!! Im able to fly for free since I’m on my daught
- [R8] FlixBus & FlixTrain Windows: Bus ride was pretty cool. I would rather the bus have leather seats. I’ve heard some of them. Do my bus had material seats not a fan. Other than that ride was good. The windows on the inside could be a little cleaner but overall nice bus ride good price convenient pick up and drop off destinations.
- [R41] FlixBus & FlixTrain Wanderer: I travel a lot & this app makes that very easy picking seats, luggage & getting to convenient destinations. I highly recommend it.
- [R61] Moovit Crazy amount of ads: Not only is there to many ads is never accurate at all.
- [R20] FlixBus & FlixTrain Easy peasy: Nice and easy using the app for places Eurail doesn’t go.
- [R49] FlixBus & FlixTrain Easy to book: Booking on FlixBus through the app was very easy. I have never travelled on FlixBus so eager to try it. I heard it was very easy to travel this way. Hopefully it will not disappoint.
- [R97] Moovit Easy to use: Easy to use even for a non-technology boomer like me!
- [R64] Moovit Ad Central :/ Really frustrating: You go about a minute into the app and you already got 5 ads. This app gives you an introduction: “Pay us to get this” and gives you an ad before you start doing anything. The way it gives you random popups when you’re probably in a rush trying to look for directions is annoying. It’s extremely frustrating, I wanted to try this bus app as a young student. This app
- [R30] FlixBus & FlixTrain Unreliable: It’s cheap but the last 3 rides I’ve been involved with something has happened. First one was cancelled but we were only notified after 45 MINUTES of waiting, we got the next bus but completely disrupted plans and was 3 hours after. 2nd one was 2 days later when it was late again (driver had to take break so waited for 75 minutes). And now it’s been delayed again, ALL WITHIN THE SPACE
- [R40] FlixBus & FlixTrain Bus cancelled: The informed us 5 minutes before boarding that it’s cancelled and they want us to call customer service at the same time. It’s bs
- [R58] FlixBus & FlixTrain Horrible Experience: Canceled my bus trip on short notice in the dead of the night (3am local time) leaving me scrambling to find some else. They did offer Greyhound routes but those would add 5 hours of travel time, a connection and cost more than double the fare I paid. If you’re ultra-flexible maybe this is okay, but if you need something reliable look elsewhere. You’d think if they cancel all
- [R75] Moovit Moovit app: It is a very useful app to have in terms of which bus takes you to your destination but the arrival times are not always accurate
- [R44] FlixBus & FlixTrain Price chance within 2 minutes: I had to check one of my options on my ticket so I had to click the back button. When I started over the ticket price went up. That shouldn’t happen, even if it’s only by a few cents.
- [R27] FlixBus & FlixTrain Don’t use the app: Might as well buy tickets online because on the app they charge more. You also never know what condition the bus will be in, how cramped and tight the space will be or if the bus has a functional bathroom (they are usually locked on the last trips I’ve gone on)
- [R82] Moovit Too many ads: This app has an ad every 2 seconds and it’s extremely annoying when you’re trying to figure out where you’re going. Just way too many ads
- [R1] FlixBus & FlixTrain Terrible: The worst customer service. I had a death in my family and I had to cancel all my travel plans I contacted them. Got very different responses telling me just to not bird and I’d get at least a partial refund. Nothing. They don’t care they will just take your money. I’m more upset at the lies being told. I waisted my time and money. The fact that death isn’t a refundable circumstance is a
- [R15] FlixBus & FlixTrain 3 Stars: 3 stars because I had a difficult/impossible time trying to contact them during an urgent situation and I did not get credit or a refund
- [R63] Moovit Good but needs customer service: I have Premium Moovit, and it’s so much better than other options. But the AI is incredibly bad, and I can find no help desk. Right now, the app is telling me to start my trip by driving several miles to a station, instead of just walking 0.5 miles to a station. (!)
- [R66] Moovit Too busy; key info missing: I got a very high recommendation for this app from a fellow commuter. Plus it had ‘real time’ information on the conveyance I going to use. But unfortunately I find the app lacking or actually too bloated in many ways. First there are too many boisterous ads. I purchased the so-called ad free option but it never seemed to take I am still getting ads that are very annoy
