- [R1] Zoho Desk This app is HORRIBLE: Not only does the app lack features from what a support person would need to access this from their phone, what it does do DOESNT WORK. I am tired of typing up emails and then getting an error message that the message can’t send for NO reason. Your app is trash.

The nice design allows you to check and update statuses without too many complicated menus. I am using the free Zoho Desk product and I’m happy with what it offers me both via the web and on my phone. I recommend it!
