The layout also doesn’t match up with the ticket categories you define on desktop. As usual lots of apps but very little consistency across them.

Although we go through Zoho assist with Technical department & they assured me that next update will fix all addressed bugs, but new update came & no change. No notifications on new tickets being opened (VERY basic feature for a ticket app) and my custom ticket statuses don't show up in the app either, so I can't even take a few minutes to organise my tickets when out and about.
