We have to give customers a gift card as credit instead. Not great and an awkward experience for customers. You can’t do discounts with decimals point percentages off (like 12.22%) to get an even number on a sale item. So that makes us have to do manual discounts we have to app

Same thing with the card reader it almost never connects causing loss in sales! I've tried using it on multiple devices and it's the same on all of them! The printer often disconnects which causes delays at the tills. No faults were found. The updates are regular and so things change or disappear, which causes stress to staff. Less updates would be good. Shopify support are however amazing and always helpful.

No chance to transfer all data from the old to the new one. The sales person had no idea. Called technical support hang in the line for hours. And people on the phone had no idea as well.
