Then once i finally was able to and wanted to go back because I forgot to get parking or add another ticket, there was no back button which caused me to have to start all over again. They said I would be contacted in 5-7 business days and never received anything. I had to call to repeatedly to get anywhere. I never had any issues until I signed up for the FanClub, which required my Credit Card to be saved.
