Reservations mean nothing thru this app/company and customer service doesn’t give a rip either! I’ve been a long-time user National and an Emerald member and they’ve just completely lost my trust.

Lately it’s pretty much useless because now it sends you to the website of the location you’re picking up from. So basically the app doesn’t have any use now.
