- [R3] Choice Hotels Decent ehh: I’ve been using the app to gain points and get a better price for 3+yrs. And I currently have 200,000 points. What I’ve found is that Prices are decent. Points are good. The biggest issue is that depending where you go, even as a Diamond member, management is harder to get the complimentary upgrades. I’ve fought w over 50 hotels about it. That’s not choice. It’s management but
- [R15] Choice Hotels Not bad, but could be better: I stay at hotels soo much, they are pretty much my home. I do enjoy choice hotels, they’ve come a long way. I just wish I didn’t have to book like 30 nights for just one free night. Even their promotion of book 2 nights get one free. The point system doesn’t allow that. You get like 400 points per stay. It’s 20k points for a night. So how is 800 points enough for 1 f
- [R62] Booking.com Booking App: I’ve been using that for many years, it’s a great app for choice my stances in different cities around the world! I recommend to every travels !
- [R74] Booking.com Useful app to save time and display the best booking options: Good app. It finds the best place for you
- [R4] Choice Hotels Login Issues: The app isn’t working, it’s not allowing me to sign in, it’s not even allowing me to change my password. When I put in my credentials it tells me that the information doesn’t match their records when I literally get emails from you.
- [R10] Choice Hotels Horrible update: I have been trying for a week to be able to login and I finally noticed this last update was released a week ago. Please fix! I can’t use my account.
- [R69] Booking.com Can’t log in: Nice app. Unfortunately I can’t log in due to an error on bookings end. Thankfully, I could retrieve my booking very easily
- [R71] Booking.com Easy bookings: Always easy to use and always find great deals on hotel stays
- [R28] Choice Hotels Never Works: This is quite possibly the worst app on the market. There’s always errors and it’s impossible to sign in. Can’t reset anything because it says ERROR, CANT CONNECT, BLAH BLAH. Choice is losing a decent amount of money because I can’t book anything.
- [R40] Choice Hotels Constant logout- pathetic: Whoever is running this app needs to do a better job. The constant logging me out when I’m trying to book a room is extremely aggravating and makes this app pointless.
- [R99] Booking.com Undependable: Multiple times now booking.com has confirmed a booking only for that booking to later be cancelled by the host. Most recently this happened on the same day as we had planned an arrival on a booking made many months in advance. Do not depend on this platform.
- [R101] Booking.com Double charged: I paid for my reservation through Booking.com, but the hotel charged me again when I checked in. I contacted Booking.com’s customer support right away, and they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any real assistance. Being charged twice for the same reservation is unacceptable. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I expected much better customer service.
- [R76] Booking.com Great Opportunities: I don’t have to overthink anything about my stays. When I travel with my family. I need reassurance that they will never be left out in the cold or sleeping in a sketchy motel. Booking Dot Yeah!! It’s what sums up my piece of mind when it comes to reliability and comfort.
- [R98] Booking.com Easy: Best prices and easy to navigate, even a old man like me with little experience online lol
- [R2] Choice Hotels Faulty Programming: Locked out of my own Choice account for over 6 months and they still can’t fix it! Pathetic customer service.
- [R11] Choice Hotels The Best Customer Service Ever: Patrice and LaTasha along with Jack are phenomenal employees!! They are so friendly and very helpful with any questions that I have. Many Thanks and Kudos to them!! Deb Uzupus
- [R87] Booking.com Terrible rude customer service: I’ve been using booking for all my travel for several years and the representatives I spoke with today were some of the rudest, could not care less to accommodate or help at all. If I missed my flight and had to stay with my kids at an airport for several days, they would not have seemed to care at all to go one bit out of their way to attempt to not make that happe
- [R109] Booking.com No customer service: Worst customer service ever
- [R1] Choice Hotels Horrible: I’ve been a member with Choice privileges for many years and wasn’t traveling for a year or two, but I’m back to doing so now for business and recently went through some very disappointing transactions with choice privileges. They used to be great. They took care of their. Choice’s members but Now? They definitely don’t do my suggestion to you all. Do not join find somewhere else becau
- [R61] Booking.com They spam and you lie about reservations: I had a reservation that was confirmed and when I called the hotel they denied that they have ever confirmed the date change to booking. Booking kept telling me it’s a system delay and I am all good. Issue # 2 - we had 2 rooms booked about month before and booking decided they will cancel one of the rooms. Hotel told me that they received email from bookin
- [R82] Booking.com Happy Member: I have been using booking for years honestly I should be in one of the commercials lol. But any problems I have they always solved it right away no hassle no hesitation the only app I use to book my rooms in my own hometown or out of state I will forever be a customer
