Web version usage only.: The fact I can't paste my delivery instructions from Doordash/UberEats into Favor and even using the text replacement on my phone wont work is the reason for my one star. [R9] Favor 3/5 · US it’s pretty alright: I really do like how convenient it is to order from HEB for delivery, it’s mainly what I use it for! however the search engine in place is extremely hard to navigate. I can’t look up specific products without the engine giving me products that don’t even relate to the item I’m looking for. I think if the search function was fixed I’d give it closer to a 5 star rating.

I love the feature that remembers what I’ve ordered in the past and allows me to re-order it with one quick. I wish it had a longer memory.

7. [R75] Seamless 3/5 · US Clunky App but Worse Service: Orders constantly get delayed over an hour from their original estimate, often times they'll get delayed multiple times then cancelled completely. I have seamless+ through my CC, which is why I use it, but honestly it's not worth the hassle.

The second one called and said the restaurant said my food had already been picked up. Customer service tried to gaslight me and said there was never 2 runners and threw a measly $5 my way.
