  1. [R1] FollowMyHealth® 2/5 · US Can’t View Results: Well part of this is useful. You can request refills. You can make appointments. But viewing any results is iffy at best. There are instructions to “click on the link above to review results”. Except there usually is no link. Occasionally there is a link but no way to click it because it’s non-functional.
  2. [R2] FollowMyHealth® 4/5 · US It's very good; I’m just asking for this one improvement 🙏🏽: It’s an excellent app that works very well, but I would LOVE an update that allows opening and viewing the actual test result files (images), such as MRIs, CT scans, and X-rays, instead of just the written description.
  3. [R4] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Very difficult to use: Not easy to read or see documents, labs and imaging.
  4. [R5] FollowMyHealth® 5/5 · US Working towards being healthy: This app helps me to check my meds, appt , and vitals. My goal is track to progress.

  9. [R7] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Worst app ever: The app does not work. It will not allow me to connect with my doctor, who doesn’t even show up in the list of providers even though he is affiliated with Northwell Health. His office sends me emails saying I have a new message but nothing is ever there. I have tried everything over the past few months, deleting my profile and signing in with a new email and password but nothing wo
  10. [R10] FollowMyHealth® 2/5 · US Taking 6 digit passcode from email back to App has erased that page on App.: When going thru the Follow my Health App for a new password after completing new password-then you receive code back in email-then you go back to app and find out that page is gone. Very frustrating. I am working from my IPhone 13, my Follow my Health App is up to date. Pls fix!

  12. [R18] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Has limited information and no support: Can't see bills, can't send a message doesn't have your appointments can't get support you go to that tab and it has no information on how to obtain support. Needed to email the provider and messages is greyed out. Useless app.
  13. [R24] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Constant Problems: Talk about constant problems & errors… too many to list. And when we contact “support”, the response is a minimum of a week, if not weeks later. Just now, I went to the support desk and it’s having technical difficulties and is unable to assist. #BeyondDisappointing
  14. [R32] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Follow My Health: This app is absolutely terrible. It’s impossible to navigate, the support or help offered is really non existent and good luck to you if you really need to access your info. I get daily emails telling me my records have been updated, log in to see what has been added, but the answer is nothing. My doctor suggested me using it, I told him I did and it’s awful and he apologized and

  22. [R46] FollowMyHealth® 1/5 · US Unusable: With my correct password and user name I get nothing but messages like “sorry something’s gone wrong” with no next step to help.
