  1. [R5] Passport Parking 5/5 · US Seamless, Reliable, and Actually Makes Parking Easy: Passport Parking is one of those rare apps that just works exactly how you need it to. It’s all fast, intuitive, and stress-free. No more running back to the meter or guessing if you have enough time left. The notifications and reminders are a game changer, and the interface is super clean and easy to navigate. Payments are smooth, receipts are
  2. [R62] ParkWhiz 5/5 · US Worked great!: I just used the ParkWhiz app for the first time, for an afternoon Pittsburgh Pirates baseball game. The last time I had tickets to an afternoon Pirates game I had to park in the Strip District, because I couldn’t find any available parking in town. I used the ParkWhiz app to prepay and reserve parking in the Gateway Center Garage, an easy walk to PNC Park. It worked great!
  3. [R65] ParkWhiz 5/5 · US Customer Support is excellent.: I primarily use Parkwiz in Detroit for the last 4 years. Yes as with any App it occasionally has an issue. Like 3 in 4+ years. Each time I call support and they are courteous and just solve the issue. Not once have they failed. Great company to work with.
  4. [R68] ParkWhiz 5/5 · US Fantastic and easy parking app: Thank you ParkWhiz! I never thought I could love a parking app! First time using was during the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh, where parking was running $100-250 per day and in very short supply. ParkWhiz showed me a $30 security parking garage within a couple blocks of the events. ParkWhiz not only made it easy to reserve and prepay, but also added 3 hours of parking
  5. [R3] Passport Parking 3/5 · US Stuck in a loop: Just installed on older iPhone Se first gen, 15.8.6 iOS. As others reported- once app loads doesn’t even give a chance to enter any credentials, goes straight to “sorry cannot verify”. App then sits there and does nothing with a mostly blank screen. Using latest version from App Store Update, just kept trying the app and even did a few phone restarts. Randomly it started to work
  6. [R12] Passport Parking 3/5 · US Help!: I’m trying to add a vehicle and there is no submit button. I can add the info but there is no way to save it. I also tried to edit an existing vehicle but the same thing. No submit button. iPhone 15 iOS 26.1
  7. [R74] ParkWhiz 5/5 · US Fast and Easy.: This is an easy app to use. Once your account is set up, you’ve added your vehicles, and you have a regular place that you like to park, it’s two clicks and you have your parking pass. It takes me 15 seconds to buy a new pass when I need one. They are also responsive to disputes or other issues.
  8. [R75] ParkWhiz 3/5 · US It works well, but…: I think it’s a great app, and I have definitely saved money by booking through them several times in Los Angeles. The only issue is that the parking spot is not guaranteed. What is the point of pre-booking, if parking is not guaranteed?! For instance, a few days ago the parking lot I got had only a handful of spots left, I guess I got lucky…! I would have been furious if I ha
  9. [R1] Passport Parking 1/5 · US Not Working after latest patch…: Usually works great and now it won’t even open up on my phone. Maybe revert back to an earlier build that actually works… I mean just think of all the convenience fees you’re missing out on.
  10. [R41] Passport Parking 1/5 · US Doesn’t work: Used the app to pay for parking. The location said it accepted the app and the app recognized the location. After paying for a parking space, I still received a ticket even though I paid through the app. So I paid for parking and still received a $15 parking ticket. The app clearly showed the spot was paid for during the time I was ticketed.
  11. [R73] ParkWhiz 1/5 · US Parking is not guaranteed: I purchased a parking spot for a July 4th event, drove 1 hr to the event, parking attendant said parking is full despite me paying for my parking spot ahead in parkwhiz. Customer support won’t help with refund. I had to submit a word form for refund. Still waiting on refund.
  12. [R119] ParkWhiz 1/5 · US Doesn’t Work: Used it for the first time recently. Had the option to press OPEN GATE or scan the QR code upon entering and exiting. Gate opened when I entered so I figured I was worry free. Well, neither the QR code or OPEN GATE option worked when it came time to exit. Talk about frustrating and embarrassing. I was in Boston holding up a giant line of cars behind me. Luckily the attendant was kind
  13. [R15] Passport Parking 3/5 · US A racket: Why is there a “convenience fee” if THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO PAY FOR PARKING AVAILABLE!!!
  14. [R63] ParkWhiz 3/5 · US Overpriced: I have 2 situations now where I have booked my parking on this app and I have paid more in the app than if I just paid in the lot/ramp. Today, I paid $60 for a spot that would have only been $30 if I paid upon arrival. It’s an easy app to use and easy to transfer the pass, but it should not cost double to use this app.
  15. [R69] ParkWhiz 3/5 · US Not sure if this is worth it: You can book a parking but they don’t guarantee the parking lot will have spots at the moment you start your reservation, sometimes you will have to park somewhere else and come back, which will eat your savings. Price is decent if you get a spot. In several parking lots the app tells you that you have to park but all of them have a valet. Last, service is terribl
  16. [R2] Passport Parking 4/5 · US Wanting for better support when app malfunctions: When app malfunctions, little to no ownership is taken by Passport. Limited support/coordination with local parking authorities, even for simple issues, makes for a frustrating experience, especially given that this has become a more popular payment option.
  17. [R50] Passport Parking 1/5 · US Chat support is a lie: It has a “chat with us” button. The “us” doesn’t exist. It’s an unhelpful bot that, when links to FAQ pages don’t solve your problem, then tells you there is actually no live chat. Don’t call it “chat” or else let people know when they start that you don’t provide agents or actual support. Have issues paying for parking? You’re on your own.
  18. [R108] ParkWhiz 1/5 · US Customer service: This service is convenient when it works as expected. However, if anything goes wrong, customer service is virtually nonexistent. They simply do not respond to requests or provide meaningful support when issues arise.
