They're even cheaper than their sister brands Priceline and Booking, part of the same holding company. However, the Agoda app is horribly glitchy on iOS. The save function mixes up cities and dates if you have more than one trip plan

You will get stuck in chat limbo forever. I’ve been trying to get an urgent answer for a day now. They just keep telling me “they’re working on it”. I think they really just want me to give up and go away. Use Agoda at your own risk.

You cant trust this app if you want to book something through them. Because they burned my 200€ for my hotel in Vienna. And they keep sending me automatic messages to avoid solving it.

I have also found that booking direct with hotels gets you better service and equal or better rates. Plus, booking direct saves hotels money. Why give Booking a slice of the pie?
