- [R1] TAXA 4x35 App won’t accept a phone number that starts with +1: I would like to use this app in Copenhagen but it won’t accept my phone number that starts with +1 and I am locked out of
- [R3] TAXA 4x35 Don’t expect a lot but can get the job done: If you’re expecting Uber or Lyft, it is far less convenient and the app is much more clunky. Eventually we were able to get a taxi and to our location, so it worked but it was a hassle.
- [R5] TAXA 4x35 First Time Using App: Visiting from the United States and seen the commercial on TV. I walked farther than anticipated and thought I would try using the Taxa app. Worked great and simple to use.
- [R7] TAXA 4x35 Bad app: The app won’t accept my cell number.
- [R2] TAXA 4x35 Excellent 30 year veteran driver: Excellent 30 year veteran taxi drive with accident free record. Good conversation and he anticipated a protest congesting terminal 3 and asked if it was ok to drop me off at terminal 2. Excellent service.
- [R4] TAXA 4x35 Overcharged for taxi ride: I tried this taxi company. The driver took a long route and ended up charging about twice what I would have paid with Uber. Never again
- [R8] TAXA 4x35 Professional and prompt: The driver was very informative, very professional, and prompt.
- [R10] TAXA 4x35 Awesome service: Within 5 minutes our driver had pulled into the Tivoli Hotel to pick us up. Quite enjoyable conversation and ride to the Airport. Thank you Fabio!
- [R6] TAXA 4x35 Ok but doesn’t accept foreign cards?: App works as expected. But I couldn’t register any of my foreign credit or debit cards which turned out to be no big deal as all taxis in cph accept cards. Shame as it meant I have a pocketful of receipts.
- [R12] TAXA 4x35 Very Helpful: This got me around Copenhagen during an evening layover when I stayed at a hotel near the airport and wanted to see a little of the city. Definitely recommended if you don't know the city or the currency. The ability to set the price before the ride is great!
- [R17] TAXA 4x35 Terrible. CPH needs Uber ASAP: - Terrible UI (can’t use current location nor search the name of a location, only its literal address.) - Extremely overpriced as well. - Copenhagen needs to get Uber ASAP
- [R9] TAXA 4x35 Only Errors: Can’t find my location
- [R11] TAXA 4x35 No country code for US: Can’t create an account because the app doesn’t recognize the us country code +1 how incredibly silly
- [R21] TAXA 4x35 Doesn’t work for foreign phone: I have not received the code.
- [R63] G7 TAXI Credit Card Issues: Tried adding different cards all with the same result, an error that would not allow me to add my card. Guess I’ll use Uber. UPDATE: After some time the app finally allowed me to add payment method.
- [R64] G7 TAXI Registered and validated payment but could not use: As so many others have reported, the payment system would not work when I went to actually make a booking. This despite even having international travel cards (Revolut and Wise), not just my regular US CC. Registering went fine, it validated my Revolut card (even had to go to Revolut to approve this), but then when I went to make a booking, I cou
- [R67] G7 TAXI 3D security fails: As other reviewers have recently mentioned, I also had two different credit cards fail with a message to call my bank. When I checked with my bank, I was told that the 3 digit security code was incorrect but I had entered it correctly for each card. Ended up having to use Uber. Would have much preferred to have used a cab. Hope this glitch is fixed soon
- [R69] G7 TAXI Credit card payment doesn’t work: This app is very useful. We used it on a number of occasions. One big issue is that whenever trying to pay by credit card, I always get an error, even though my CC is registered and verified with the app. Same problem for my friend. The app is usable only when paying with cash (which you can select via the confusingly named “On board” option). Another bug is that
- [R72] G7 TAXI Cost unclear: The estimate for my ride said 69 euro but I was charged 77 euro for the ride, why did the app not make the actual price clear?
- [R73] G7 TAXI On time but overcharged: I created an account with G7 to arrange travel from Paris on Monge street. The driver was on time which I was very happy about and he drove safely. The problem was that the meter in the cab read 72 euros, but my account was charged 89. Euros. This does not seem fair.
- [R76] G7 TAXI Over charged by driver: Driver didn’t start the trip properly and I am over charged to my card
- [R81] G7 TAXI Decent app, beware of tip setting: The app works well enough, it’s pretty straightforward. The app does however manage tips in a way that seems a tad dishonest. There is no mention of tipping when booking or finalizing a ride. However, in the settings, there is a “default” tip amount that is set to €5. Unless you change that to €0, the tip will be added to every ride. (Note: tipping 20% is not a
