When I checked with my bank, I was told that the 3 digit security code was incorrect but I had entered it correctly for each card. Ended up having to use Uber. Would have much preferred to have used a cab. Hope this glitch is fixed soon

The problem was that the meter in the cab read 72 euros, but my account was charged 89. Euros. This does not seem fair.

The estimated cost is not accurate, I ended up paying 100% more than estimated by booking. From 30 euros to 60 euros - with no explanation. The driver does what he wants only - does not care about the costumer. First time using the app - super disappointed!

BUT below the title they have a column of cars with some other, much smaller, cost in the same white font as “estimated price” so you think you're getting a bargain. I’m new to using taxis… I’ll just stick to the Metro.

They sent me a tiny car that couldn’t fit the luggage and charged me for the ride (even thought THEY made the mistake. I had to hail another cab on my own that would fit my luggage and now I have to pay him as well.

No instructions on where to wait, asked airport employee, but was in the wrong place. G7 driver texted me he was there. The only suggestion I have for the app is I wished it showed your in-progress journey with end destination, similar to Uber and Lyft. I found myself wondering if I put in the wrong destination at times. Maybe there is a setting that I don’t have set correctly. Not sure.

I also like that you could set the tip in the app. We used G7 twice during our stay in Paris, and both times it was smooth as silk!

There is no mention of tipping when booking or finalizing a ride. However, in the settings, there is a “default” tip amount that is set to €5.
