I normally use Uber in the US, just for the convenience of the app. This app gives me all the functionality of Uber (order, see your Driver’s location and arrival time, pay through the app, email receipts) PLUS I get a “real” taxi driver with a nice car who knows where he’s going! All taxi companies should have an app like this.

Messages are sent to your phone via the app at every point during the process so you always know the status, particularly when the taxi arrives.

Also there is an “Extra” charge on invoice, have no idea what this is for. The search function using map is useless as well. If tourist don’t bother adding credit card, it’s a lot of messing around when you can just tap card in the taxi. Shame Uber is not in Copenhagen, the compe
22. [R62] 3/5 · GB Ok but doesn’t accept foreign cards?: App works as expected. But I couldn’t register any of my foreign credit or debit cards which turned out to be no big deal as all taxis in cph accept cards. Shame as it meant I have a pocketful of receipts.

26. [R35] 3/5 · US Don’t expect a lot but can get the job done: If you’re expecting Uber or Lyft, it is far less convenient and the app is much more clunky. Eventually we were able to get a taxi and to our location, so it worked but it was a hassle.

Imagine how many foreigners could be using your service…a travel app that isn't in English is not
