- [R3] RxLocal Adequate App: This app is adequate to get the job done, but I don’t find it very user friendly. It needs more specific directions, easier ways to switch from 1 pharmacy to another to message, and the texting option gives a link to messages from the pharmacy but the link, when used, does not show the message. You must log into RxLocal & switch to the correct pharmacy by changing it to primary fir
- [R4] RxLocal Good start, major gaps: What’s there is good, especially being able to message the pharmacy and refill meds in the app. However the interface is clunky, and feels unfinished. The only way to see the status of refills that have already been requested is to start the refill workflow again- there’s no place to see at a glance what’s in process. Also even with notifications enabled, the app does not g
- [R6] RxLocal This app could be great: This app never sends me notifications that my meds are done. I have to open up the messages and see if they have seen filled. It would be great to get a text message or if there was any sort of notification marker on the app anyway to show that there was any sort update in status to remind me to check on them. I feel like that's one purpose of this app that's is really lac
- [R62] GoodRx In my experience: I have trouble with navigating this app. Maybe I need practice
- [R19] RxLocal Very buggy: This app is awful. Prescriptions constantly disappear so I can’t use the app to request a refill. It always shows “No new messages” regardless if there are or not and some messages from my pharmacy never make it to me. I have complained about this repeatedly over the past couple of years but the problems never get fixed.
- [R80] GoodRx Service good but app changes...: I like the service overall, and have no complaint as someone that combines the discounts with existing insurance. However, recent changes to the app have made managing reminders impossible to find. I feel like they might have removed the feature, but the notifications still exist on my phone, with no way to modify or remove them.
- [R22] RxLocal Horrible: This application has been absolutely impossible to use. Despite registering and reaching out to customer service multiple times, I still have not been able to connect to my pharmacy. I have no ability to access my prescription information. I will likely have to switch pharmacies as a result of the ineffectiveness of this application and the negative impact it is having on my ability to a
- [R55] RxLocal Never works!: One of the worst apps I’ve ever tried to use. Consistently freezes! Don’t bother downloading this.
- [R70] GoodRx Noah: The greatest app ever created for people without health insurance or in between jobs that offer health insurance. It has saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you GoodRx!
- [R89] GoodRx Life Saver: Lost my job and health coverage. GoodRx saved me a lot of money on my prescriptions. Not sure if there are coupons for all medications, but it definitely is worth a try.
- [R28] RxLocal Garbage: Can not get past registration even after checking with pharmacy for accuracy of data on file.
- [R61] GoodRx Terrible app. Will take your money: Got online consultation just to be told I need to go see a primary care doctor. Ummm isn’t that why I paid to see you? Extremely disappointed and I want my $49 back.
- [R69] GoodRx absolutely horrible experience: i paid $40 for them to tell me they couldn’t treat my uti and that i needed to go to urgent care instead. when i asked if i could receive a refund since i wasnt receiving any treatment, i was left completely unanswered and instead sent a “discharge” paperwork. wish i could give it 0 stars
