11. [R61] Wish 1/5 · US Poor products and refused to refund: I bought a laptop case from Wish. The plastic smell is so horrible that even after airing it for a week, the smell is still there. I told customer service about it and requested to refund and I will return the product. They refused saying the product already “fulfilled the requirements”. I insisted and they sound said they will partially refund it as courtesy.
