They always respond to messages my only complaint is they tell you it will be 1or 2 days before a rep is available. I usually don’t have 1or 2 days to set around waiting on a response. I told customer service about it and requested to refund and I will return the product. They refused saying the product already “fulfilled the requirements”. So because it was a one time card for the purchase, wish cannot find a way to process us the refund of basically 38$ of items I’m missing. Stuck having to pay the remaining balance to afterpay, even though we won’t ever receive these items.

Update 2 I don’t know what they did but it’s fixed. Now I can really review the app. I think it’s great. Note most of what I look for are models and gaming terrain I can modify.
