The whole system at TA is complete trash compared to Loves or even Pilot. App is garbage, barely works and redeeming points is a complete pain. Do better

It frequently fails to recognize that I’m at a Pilot truck stop, so I can’t use mobile fueling or purchase a shower through the app. These are the main reasons I use the app, and they simply don’t work reliably. Very disappointing. Please fix the GPS issue, it has been a major inconvenience.

Nothing works properly, never wants to take card information, and the format is 2008 mobile web quality. They never update it and don’t really seem to care. TruckSmart? I guess that’s an oxymoron. Update: the new app seems only half finished and half working. Still garbage.

Compared to other apps for major T/S like loves or pilot, truck smart seems to be out of date. Yes, you can accomplish the basic tasks you are looking to achieve, but the UI is a bit frustrating at times and the app loves to crash.

It be best to rebuild from the ground up from a collage kid out of a tech school. Fire whoever is in charge of your apps!!!!
10. [R22] TruckSmart ™ 1/5 · US Broken App: TruckSmart the app is littered with bugs like it telling me I’m too far from a Petro or TA even when I’m in a Petro or TA parking lot i.e. it doesn’t allow me to use the app for fuel or showers. The app once worked decently those days have come to an end.

Or while in store it can take up to 5 minutes just to be able to scan the barcode due to waiting on app to fully load. Otherwise the app is good.

This app constantly kicks you out mid fuel registering. Rarely lets you update info. I usually have to go inside and have the cashier pinch everything in and get showers from kiosk inside store. 13. [R92] Pilot 1/5 · US WORTHLESS!!I: I have tried to load the fuel discount on this app for over a week with no success! I called customer service and they sent me an email that didn’t even have my correct name on it. Needless to say, their solution did not fix the problem. I have deleted this worthless app and will be filling up at Loves exclusively.
