- [R1] Transit Stop Never accurate: Times are off
- [R3] Transit Stop Times not consistent: The beginning of certain stops are wildly inconsistent and change on a dime. Mostly on first and second stops of a route. It makes it impossible to time correctly if you live near that. Really inconvenient in bad weather. The X9 Ashland is the worst.
- [R4] Transit Stop Unacceptable: The app should help you with the scheduled time but it’s inconsistent with its timing either it’s early or late needs to be better
- [R6] Transit Stop Riding as a Chicagoan: Great App. Sometimes updates on ghost busses/trains can be frustrating, but the app does help me find alternatives. I dig it👌🏽
- [R9] Transit Stop I appreciate the simplicity of the app: However, the simplicity of the design can make it a bit more of a hassle to try to quickly change stop information of the same route because you have to start from the beginning with the app to find information you need. Also, sometimes the time information is off by a minute or two which incorrect information made me miss the last train, when I got the impr
- [R14] Transit Stop Almost perfect: I would give this app 5 stars but for one thing. I wish when you favorited a bus stop it contained both directions in one entry so you could just flip between them instead of having both directions clutter my favorites.
- [R18] Transit Stop Why I gave this app a neutral rating: The app is good. However, it was better when you could surf between bus stops and L stops without having to go back to the search function for each stop.
- [R27] Transit Stop Functional, but difficult to use: This was one of the first apps I bought switching to iOS, and I assumed the UI felt weird just because I wasn't familiar with the Apple design language. After a while I have realized the UI for this app is just frustrating, not unfamiliar. No easily accessible list of favorite stops, no auto-refreshing of times, oddly difficult to pull up times for arbitrary stops
- [R10] Transit Stop doesnt work: literally crapped out on me and stopped working completely ??????
- [R13] Transit Stop 👎: Their servers is always down
- [R28] Transit Stop Doesnt work: Installed twice. Doesnt work (ios 18)
- [R32] Transit Stop Not working for me: App was work great till this morning now won’t load up anything my other apps working fine
- [R5] Transit Stop Happy Traveler: Love the app would be a lot better if the bus number was attached to the estimated time of arrival!
- [R21] Transit Stop Suggest making “Reset Data” more prominent: Please put the “Reset Data” link button in a more prominent place on the app. It could be higher up on the Settings menu, or even on the main screen. The explanation of the Reset Data button link should also be moved to the same place as the Reset Data button. I saw the Reset Data link only after I used the Settings link to look for some way to contact
- [R23] Transit Stop Great app helps tremendously: Ability for me to decide on what color train to ride into office. Especially when it’s cold in Chicago. accurate and surely helps on utilizing the various L track trains to shuttle me to connecting Metra suburban train routes. Incredible app. On the minute live updates
- [R12] Transit Stop Cta tracker: This app is never correct! The trains are always earlier than the time on the app! What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t work properly!
- [R17] Transit Stop Ghost trains: Often the green line train to downtown at 63rd and Halsted would say approaching in less than one minute and then the train would never show up. We would have to wait until the southbound train went all the way to Ashland and then 7 to 11 minutes. come back to 63rd and Halsted going downtown. Trains that only happens on the southside.
- [R63] myStop Mobile App crashes: It’s a super helpful app. When it works properly and doesn’t crash. When I select a stop and favorite it, it crashes and never saves it.
- [R66] myStop Mobile Too much crashing: App kicks out selecting bus routes making it unable to track buses
- [R70] myStop Mobile Buggy app: Is not very responsive and crashes when you favorite stops
- [R85] myStop Mobile Full of bugs, and crashes: Everytime i use this app it doesn’t respond to touch in some way or another, they advise live tracking on the busses, bus ive had it be incorrect every time i use it for route 48 intercity transit. i have an iphone14 pro and somehow this app barely functions. I have no issues with my phone whatsoever btw
- [R73] myStop Mobile *When* it works…:(: It’s helpful. Too frequently it simply doesn’t. The route lines are missing so it just shows a display of stop dots, without reference to the routes. Apparently the drivers have to manually log in in order for the gps to operate. If they don’t, or fail to do it properly, you have no idea where the bus is. Also the stop info refresher hangs up horribly so good luck.
- [R75] myStop Mobile MAP INCONSISTENT: AFTER MONTHS OF THE MAP NOT LOADING, ITS NOW WORKING AGAIN WOOHOO!! It does its basic function and that’s it.
- [R77] myStop Mobile What happened ???: Map doesn’t show anymore where I can see the streets / stops where the bus is.
- [R83] myStop Mobile Has issues: Great app. It’s just that recently I have been unable to see any streets and have to guess the location of stops by tapping on them and reading the street
