We would have to wait until the southbound train went all the way to Ashland and then 7 to 11 minutes. come back to 63rd and Halsted going downtown. Trains that only happens on the southside.

Every single time I look to see when the next bus is coming, this app tells me that no buses are available. Meanwhile, I will watch the bus go down the street. Please fix!!

I understand being delayed a few minutes, but going from arriving in “9 minutes” to “due” almost immediately after continuously refreshing the app isn’t courteous to your customers.
