I quite often am annoyed with the fact that I don’t get accurate updates on balances- I’m always being delivered the former days news. If I want to confirm my balance I have to actually open my app.. kinda defeats the purpose of notifications. I need accurate information and prompt notifications.

Very frustrating. App is updated. I only use the phone app. The old format was great. Been a customer since the 90’s. Hope they can upgrade us back to a more convenient format soon. Love Zions Bank.

It refuses to work and after it finally times out, it gives the option to manually capture. That works just fine, but takes forever to get to that point. Overall I love the app, this feature however, struck out!

It doesn't tell me if the picture is wrong or if there's an error. But I would say this feature does suck. Please fix it

Example is the rewards. Previous you could go in and get the rewards on your own. Now if you click the rewards button it won’t take you anywhere. Why can’t this app actually be updated to work decent for customers?

They were professional and courteous but had no insight into the app. They gave me the customer service number. I waited to get through for twenty minutes. The woman was rude and gave me the, “Did you try updating it” solution which solved nothing. Turning phone off then back on, my solution, did the trick.

I have to wait until you go through all the options. I already know I want to talk to the operator. I don’t need to listen to all your options and the people that do can’t listen to all our options. Plus this is the 5 new debit card in a year.
