  1. [R2] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Schwab Mobile Works!: Easy directive trading and tracking.
  2. [R12] Schwab Mobile 3/5 · US Mobile user: User friendly but no news update
  3. [R62] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 4/5 · US Delayed Messages/accurate Notification Updates: While I really love the app and being a member? I quite often am annoyed with the fact that I don’t get accurate updates on balances- I’m always being delivered the former days news. If I want to confirm my balance I have to actually open my app.. kinda defeats the purpose of notifications. I need accurate information and prompt notifications.
  4. [R66] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 3/5 · US New format is a downgrade: Since the new format was launched now when I check my accounts all I can see are the #’s and barely any of the transaction details. Very frustrating. App is updated. I only use the phone app. The old format was great. Been a customer since the 90’s. Hope they can upgrade us back to a more convenient format soon. Love Zions Bank.
  5. [R11] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Good: Good platform
  6. [R41] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Ease of use: Three thumbs up!
  7. [R69] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 3/5 · US Please fix: When the app does load it works great and I can move money around very quickly but the problem is that the app will never load anymore and always has either a 1002 code or a 1003 code no matter where I am and how good my service is
  8. [R102] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 3/5 · US Mobile deposit: Mobile deposit was simple, now there is this auto check capture feature that is ultra sensitive. It refuses to work and after it finally times out, it gives the option to manually capture. That works just fine, but takes forever to get to that point. Overall I love the app, this feature however, struck out!
  9. [R10] Schwab Mobile 1/5 · US Worst Trading App: This app continually goes down. Never had issues with TD Ameritrade, but since Schwab bought them, this app has been nothing but issues.
  10. [R58] Schwab Mobile 1/5 · US Easily the worst app ever: I have the Robinhood app which never has issues. But this app has so many issues, it’s hard to know where to start. The most frustrating has to be when you are logged on and get ready to make a trade and then you get an error message and have to logout and log back in. I’ve lost money a number of times this way. So beware if you are day trading. Also, half the time
  11. [R67] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 1/5 · US Doesn't even work: I'm not sure when, but this app doesn't even load fully anymore, it just gives me an error code 1003. And I'm not calling a help number to get the app to work, the app should just work.
  12. [R100] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 1/5 · US It’s been down for a month: Not acceptable for a bank of this size to have a non functioning app
  13. [R8] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Great platform for investing: The best of the best, no commission and available for Chinese people, go Schwab!
  14. [R17] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US As client: I am happy with Achwab,s integrity & services . Agha
  15. [R68] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 4/5 · US Fix your check options: Good app, but man it's a pain to dipost a check. I'll be there for 30 mins trying to wait for it to allow me to hit next. It doesn't tell me if the picture is wrong or if there's an error. But I would say this feature does suck. Please fix it
  16. [R76] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 1/5 · US App isn’t good: App used to be super great and user friendly. Since it was updated in October customers can’t go in and do things on their own. Example is the rewards. Previous you could go in and get the rewards on your own. Now if you click the rewards button it won’t take you anywhere. Why can’t this app actually be updated to work decent for customers?
  17. [R20] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Excellence on platform: People at Schwab outlets are very helpful
  18. [R32] Schwab Mobile 5/5 · US Easy: Easy platform, trader friendly for beginners. Customer service line was an actual human and not a recorded line.
  19. [R87] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 3/5 · US Poor customer assistance: I called our local branch. They were professional and courteous but had no insight into the app. They gave me the customer service number. I waited to get through for twenty minutes. The woman was rude and gave me the, “Did you try updating it” solution which solved nothing. Turning phone off then back on, my solution, did the trick.
  20. [R91] Zions Bank Mobile Banking 2/5 · US Dissatisfied Customer: Your call in switch board is bad, I can’t after selecting Customer Service press zero to talk to a person. I have to wait until you go through all the options. I already know I want to talk to the operator. I don’t need to listen to all your options and the people that do can’t listen to all our options. Plus this is the 5 new debit card in a year.
